" Typical and innovative " this is for about twenty years the motto of the restaurant The Slap , born at Anagni in the mid- nineties that has as its prerogative attention to product quality and courteous service . The restaurant is located in the charming narrow streets of the historic center of the medieval town and takes its strange name from the "slap" , or more commonly known as " Outrage of Anagni ."
The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and treated in detail : as soon as you enter you are struck by the heady fragrance coming from the open kitchen and always in turmoil , the warmth is felt immediately by the warm welcome offered by a small sitting place before the hall , where you can sip an aperitif or enjoy a good cup of coffee after a meal .
